More volunteers are needed for Pizza Wednesday, and the Jog-a-thon Committee needs help on Wednesday, January 18 assembling the paperwork that will be distributed at the kick-off rally on January 31. The Box Tops 4 Education campaign is still going strong, and the January 6 Sock Hop was a huge success. Flyers will be distributed in the Wednesday Folders soliciting help procuring donations for the spring auction, and volunteers may be needed to follow up on solicitations.

The next A&E meeting will be Monday, February 13, 2012 at 7:50 AM in the Teacher’s Lounge.

Because the Holiday Bazaar will be going on in the Teachers’ Lounge, the committee will meet in the Multipurpose Room. The goal for the meeting is to finalize sponsors, incentives, and top prizes so the next stage of planning can begin.

The Monday, December 12 meeting for the Arts & Events Committee has been canceled. The next meeting will be Monday, January 9, 2012.
