Wednesday Folders
Every week, the Dailard PTF sends home important information and announcements regarding PTF activities, events, and programs in the Wednesday Folders. Your child’s teacher sends the folder home on Wednesday and we ask that you return the folder to your child’s teacher by Friday, along with whatever completed forms or surveys are requested that week.
PTF notices and forms that are sent home in the Wednesday Folders will be available for download or review on this page. Search for them by date.
Forms will open as PDFs. You must have a PDF reader installed on your computer to see them.
