Dailard School Foundation hosts two auctions per year. A fun basket auction is held during the Fall Festival and an amazing auction extravaganza is held at our Spring Social in the spring. These auctions are fun and rewarding ways for families to support our school endeavors. Together, we do make a difference!

We are still looking for auction donations! Are you a manager at a store that might be able to donate a goods or service? Do you think your employer might be able to donate something to our auction? Are you a business owner who wants to donate some of your products? Do you have Padres or Seals season tickets and want to donate one of your nights to our auction? Do you have a timeshare or cabin and want to donate a weekend to our auction? If you have any donations or questions, please email Jennifer Wan at auction@dailard.org. We are a nonprofit and your donations can be tax deductible. Your donations fund community-building events, campus improvements, classroom supplies, library and music programs, and more! 

How Do The Auctions Help Dailard Students?

The reality is that school funding only covers so much. And we at Dailard want to provide our students with so much more! Examples of what our funds go toward include:

• Community-Building Events, such as the Kinder Mixer, Family Dances, Friday Night Lights, Moms & Muffins, Dads & Donuts, Grands & Graham Crackers, Fifth Grade Promotion, and our incredible Fall Festival.
• Campus Improvement Projects, such as providing more shade, campus beautification, recess equipment, and custodial needs/supplies.
• Academic Programs, such as necessary classroom supplies, art supplies, science technology programs, reading programs, books, assessment systems, professional development, assemblies, and grants to support our Resource Teacher and Music Teacher.
• Enrichment Personnel, such as a Physical Education Program, a Library Consultant, and a Visual Art Consultant, who dramatically and positively impact the quality of our children’s education.

How Can You Help?

• Are you, or someone you know, an industry professional that would like to make a donation of services (e.g., artist, musician, massage therapist, professional or consulting services)?
• Do you, or someone you know, have the skills to provide a fun “experience” (e.g., rowing, surfing, climbing, crafting)?
• Do you, or someone you know, own a second home/vacation rental/time share and be willing to donate a stay?
• Do you have any suggestions for sponsors or underwriters for Dailard?
• Are you empowered and wanting to volunteer to help reach out to community sponsors?
